It is of prime importance to businesses, companies, and sales agents to know what marketing strategies are effective, and what are the possible approaches to marketing. With the advent of online tools and forums, marketing has entered a very different phase. Many companies and sales agents are advertising products by using social media, IT technology, and online sales platforms. Online Shopping has also resulted in a different behavior among customers who seek more information from products in the comfort of their homes.

The Sapiens Journal of Marketing welcomes original papers, empirical studies, review papers, and case studies on marketing, social media and marketing, customers' behavior, content analysis, and viral online marketing, among others.
